Our thriving Accounting Department is looking for an professional and energetic Sr. Financial Analyst to assist the Accounting Team in all facets of the day-to-day operations of the department.
About the Role
This position will work as a senior financial analyst to perform a variety of financial activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and expect to be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner for business decision making.
Job Description
Job Duties:
Utilizing solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interoperate data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence project leaders for the company’s construction business by using (SQL, Excel, Python, JIRA, Dataforma and FMPilot systems);
Analyze weekly/monthly financial close, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidations utilizing financial systems (QuickBooks) and advance excel functions (Google Spreadsheet);
Provide management with the tools to review sales, price realization and margin performance on a weekly, and monthly basis help project managers manage financial risks by using Salesforce;
Conduct clients background survey by reviewing clients past completed project scale, financial statement, company size, etc. to mitigate risk of signing contract with potential financial difficulties facing companies; etc.
Requirements:
Master’s degree
6 months of experience
